About:

I’m Samantha, founder of Edge of Enough

A neurodivergent quality professional who cares deeply about clarity, accessibility and psychological safety in real workplaces.

After years in process design, documentation and inclusion, I saw the same pattern repeat: neurodivergent people were expected to adapt to environments that weren’t designed for them. The result was confusion, overwhelm, and a lack of the structure or support needed to feel safe and understood.

I began creating tools that reduce cognitive load, remove ambiguity, and make disclosure and adjustment conversations easier for everyone involved. Edge of Enough grew from that work - combining lived experience with professional expertise to create support that is practical, respectful and genuinely usable.

My goal is simple: To help neurodivergent individuals feel safer and more understood, while supporting organisations to build environments where ND people can thrive rather than cope.
